My career has evolved from building and selling new custom homes in various price ranges to helping clients sell or purchase their dream homes.  With my building experience comes the unique ability to share my knowledge about the building process and an aptitude of sensing what you are looking for in a new home or what your home needs to help it sell quickly. I am familiar with every aspect of the building, buying or selling and mortgage process.

You will have at your disposal, everything I know about the building process, quality of materials, and quality of construction, marketing, what works and what doesn't. To make your new home transition easier, I am a licensed loan officer and will guarantee you satisfaction and outstanding service to complete the process.

I am married to my lovely wife of 34 years, Sheri and have three wonderful kids, Krystal 28, Derek 26 and Shannon 18.
