Checklist of items you will need to complete the loan process: PURCHASE Borrower and co-borrower Paycheck stubs, most recent showing 2 months pay Last 2 years W2’s and/or 1099’s Last 3 months banks statements – all pages Most recent 401k. IRA and/or retirement account statements Real Estate Agent contact information Copy of drivers license, social security and resident alien card (front & back) Social security award letter, annuity statement If renting, copy of rental agreement If investment property, copy of rental agreements Copy of cancelled Earnest Money check or bank printout showing cleared Copy of Earnest Money contract REFINANCE (plus first four items under purchase section above) Copy of HUD settlement statement from sale or last loan Copy of your Survey Copy of note and payment coupon Copy of your homeowners insurance and contact information for your agent Self Employed Two years corporate or Partnership tax returns including all schedules with signatures Current business P&L, balance sheet with signatures Two years K-1’s plus tax returns if 25% ownership Divorce, Bankruptcy, Military Service Divorce Decree (all pages) including child support section Bankruptcy documents and and/or discharge documents Copy of DD214 and certificate of eligibility (VA Loans) Construction Loan, One Time Close Plans and specifications Cost breakdown and allowances Builder and other related contracts Receipts for down payment etc. Subdivision codes, covenants and regulations (deed restrictions) Survey Disclosures for construction period, adjustable rate HUD settlement statement from the sale of the lot of your new home Settlement statement from the sale of your present home (when sold) Other Explanation letter of credit issues
